Do flags have a Double-Sided option? -

Yes, we offer a Double-Sided option for flags so you can display a graphic on either side for maximum advertising visibility. To order a Double-Sided flag, simply select the option on the product page.

What kind of printing process do you use for your flags? +

We use a dye-sublimation process for printing flags. Your design is reverse printed onto paper which goes through a heat transfer process onto the fabric material. This process dyes the design into the fabric so it will be scratch resistant and has a high quality finish.

What colors are available for your flags? What color is the material without print? +

Our flags are available with full color printing so you can print your design with as many colors as you’d like! The unprinted color of the flag material is white.

How do I best care for my banner? +

Caring for your flag will depend on how you use it. When displayed outdoors, we recommend bringing the flag indoors after use. This will protect it from the elements as well as ensure that it is not stolen. Do not display the banner in harsh weather conditions (heavy rain, wind, snow, etc.) or in areas where it can be easily knocked down (loose gravel or dirt).

Are these flags fire resistant? +

The flags are resistant to heat but are not designed for fire resistance as they can burn or melt. Flags should be displayed in areas away from sparks or flames.

Is my flag washable? +

Yes, flags are machine washable on a low cycle using cold water. Do not dry your flag in a tumble dryer but rather, let it air dry.

What is your turnaround time? +

Please note orders placed before 4PM (PST) will be shipped next business day and after 4PM (PST) will count as an order for the next business day. Your delivery time can also depend on your response time to our inquiries regarding your order.
