Do you print Double-Sided inserts for the Step and Repeat? -

We offer Single-Sided printing only for the Step and Repeat. This product is usually used as a backdrop for events where only one sided is used.

What insert sizes do you offer for the Step and Repeat? +

We currently offer three sizes: 8’x8’, 9’x8’, and 10’x8’.

Will pole pockets affect my graphic? +

The 3"" pole pockets sewn on the top and bottom of your banner will be sewn about 3"" into the graphic. If you have any important text or images you don't want sewn over, we recommend moving the items at least 4"" inside of the artwork area.

Is the frame adjustable? +

Yes, the frame is adjustable. The width can be adjusted 69”-129” and the Height 36”-102”.

Is your Step and Repeat hemmed? +

Yes, the fabric will have hem on all 4 sides. The top and bottom sides come with hem on the pole pockets while the left and right sides have a ¼” hem.

How can I remove wrinkles from my banner? +

A handheld steamer should suffice to remove creasing or wrinkles on your fabric banner.

What is your turnaround time? +

Please note orders placed before 4PM (PST) will be shipped next business day and after 4PM (PST) will count as an order for the next business day. Your delivery time can also depend on your response time to our inquiries regarding your order.
