Do you offer Double-Sided retractables? -

Yes, we offer a Double-Sided option for the Deluxe Retractable so you can display a graphic on either side.

Our Standard and Premium retractable banners cannot be Double-Sided. For those two options, we only print on one side of the banner.

What is the viewable banner area? +

The viewable area for the 24” x 81” Standard Retractable insert is 24” x 77"".

The viewable area for the 33” x 81” standard retractable banner is 33” x 77”."

What material is the graphic printed on? +

Our Retractable banner inserts use UV Printed Fabric. This printing style allows for a vibrant print with UV resistance. The banner edges won't curl and it is a great indoor dispay option suitable for photography.

How does the banner attach to the stand? +

The banner will be attached into the inner spring loaded mechanism of the aluminum base. This allows you to pull the top banner hardware out of the stand in a smooth motion. Then simply insert the pole and lock the stand into position.

Can I re-insert another banner into the hardware? +

Yes, the banner can be switched out with a replacement banner so your hardware can be used with multiple graphics. We recommend having a professional installer replace the graphics for best results. The hardware inside uses a spring which can cause damage or injury if handled improperly.

What sizing options do you offer for your retractables? +

We offer a number of different sizes for your retractable banners. Standard, Deluxe, or Premium have their own unique sizes:

Standard: 24” x 81” and 33” x 81”

Deluxe: 33” x 81”

Premium: 36” x 92”, 48” x 92”, and 60” x 92""

The Deluxe and Premium Stands can be retracted down to 69"" if you want a shorter display. Standard Stands only have one heigh availability and cannot be decreased in height.

Please note orders placed before 4PM (PST) will be shipped next business day and after 4PM (PST) will count as an order for the next business day. Your delivery time can also depend on your response time to our inquiries regarding your order.
